We were proud to partner with Day Entertainment & Events to deliver an unforgettable activation during The Magic of YPO: Abracadabra! 2026, a four-night celebration hosted by the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida.. Each evening featured a 90-minute themed pre-party attended by YPO members and their families before the main event activities began.

Experience: Interactive Caricatures with Five SketchRobots
Goal: Entertain and engage 1000+ attendees with four uniquely themed Sketch Robot experiences during nightly pre-party celebrations.
As the world’s largest leadership community of chief executives, YPO brings exceptional leaders from around the globe together to create a positive impact in their businesses and communities.. For their annual family-focused event, YPO wanted interactive entertainment for attendees of all ages that would enhance the whimsical themes of each night’s celebration.
To meet the demand of the large-scale event, SugarPop Productions deployed a fleet of five SketchRobots for four nights of custom experiences. Participants stepped in front of the camera, struck a pose, and chose their own sketch avatar! Wether it was Tarzan swinging on a vine or Harry Potter casting a spell, each guest got to watch as the robots transformed their photos into personalized, hand-drawn caricature. The experience blended technology, entertainment, and artistry, creating a fun attraction and a memorable keepsake. What made the activation especially unique was the custom digital artwork and postcard paper we developed for each theme, inspired by four iconic Orlando Theme Parks.
Night One: Surf’s Up: Evoking a fun-filled day at SeaWorld, guests received ocean-themed SketchRobot portraits that captured the spirit of sun, sand, and adventure.
Night Two: Wizarding World Adventure: To prepare themselves for an evening of magic at Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter, attendees got a portrait of themselves living out their favorite moments from the classic stories.
Night Three: Jungle Expedition: Drawing inspiration from Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the third night welcomed guests the jungle! The custom portrait templates featured safari and wildlife elements, which captured the evening’s exploration theme.
Night Four: 80s Rewind Party: The grand finale celebrated the retro energy of EPCOT’s Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind roller coaster with a 1980s theme and throwback-inspired SketchRobot artwork.
A large-scale association event like this requires experiences that can efficiently entertain large crowds without sacrificing personalization, and we loved the challenge of providing high-volume entertainment that kept guests engaged. The SketchRobots became a fixture of each pre-party, with entire families gathering to watch the drawing process. The most rewarding aspect was seeing guests return not just at each event, but multiple times per night! The experience delivered more than entertainment—it created genuine interactions, conversations, and shared smiles among members and their families.
