do we choose our own music for our video?

Due to legal requirements, we only use fully licensed cinematic-style production music for our wedding films. However, any music that is captured live at your event will be present in your documentary film. We do our best to choose music that will not only complement your edit but be timeless as well.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR FINISHED PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

We know you'll be anxious to see your finished photos and videos so we do our best to deliver photos within 60 days and videos within 90 days. However, we want to give every project the time it deserves so this is only an estimate and delivery can take a little longer during our busy season and holidays. Thanks in advance for your patience!

How are Photos and Videos delivered?

Your photos are presented in a downloadable digital gallery, and videos are delivered via Dropbox in mp4 format. Our clients love the convenience and they are easy to watch, archive, and share.

can we make our own copies of the photos and videos?

Yes. We include a duplication release with all of our photo and video packages.

do you offer prints and albums?

We don’t include prints or albums with any of our packages. However, you will have the opportunity to order prints and wall art from your online gallery, and we’re happy to recommend several online album services that offer a much better value than we can.

BOOTHS

DOES THE BOOTH REQUIRE POWER?

Yes, our booths require a standard electrical outlet for power. It is recommend that the booth be set up within 25' of the power source. For certain events, battery packs may be an option for an additional fee.

do you need Wifi?

Our booths are equipped with cellular data for fast service and convenience. However, in venues or areas where service is limited or unavailable, access to WiFi would be helpful. If service is unavailable, all images are stored and upload immediately following the event.

how much space is required?

Our booths are super flexible and require minimal space. Our GifyPop Selfie Booth footprint is 2'x2'. If setting up with a backdrop, 8'x8' is ideal. Our Slow Motion Booth works best with 8-12 sq. feet of space.

do you offer on-site prints or albums?

While we don't offer on site printing, the digital images created can be easily shared via email and social media, or printed by the guest. You can also utilize a variety of online services to create a much better (and less sticky) photo album than we could do on-site.

do you include a backdrop?

Backdrops are an included option with some of our booth packages, including our Fully Attended Selfie Booth and our Slow Motion Booth. Some of our premium backdrops incur an additional upgrade fee. Backdrops and stands can also be added to our Self Service (unattended) packages for an additional fee.

are props included?

An assortment of Virtual Props are included with all of our GifyPop Selfie Booth packages. Physical props may also be added to any Selfie Booth package as an option (a fee may apply). Premium Physical Props are included with our SugarPop Slow Motion Booth.

what are virtual props?

Glad you asked! Using the latest in face-tracking technology, GifyPop provides classic photo booth props that last all night long. They are built right in, which means no big table cluttered with cheap props that break or wander off. We can even customize them to match your theme, brand, or logo (additional fee may apply).

what is an unattended booth and how does that work?

Whereas our Fully Attended booths are perfect for events like weddings and parties where crowd control is helpful, an UN-attended booth is a great alternative for longer events, such as trade shows, where guests can take their time and "figure it out for themselves." Our booths are super user friendly, so for either situation, an Unattended booth could be an option. We DO recommend a Fully Attended booth for events with younger guests.

how does delivery work for self service (UNATTENDED) booths?

If you are hosting an event in the Orlando/Central Florida area, we can schedule a time to deliver and set-up your Self Service booth at a secure location. The set-up location must be indoors and an adult or venue coordinator must be available to take delivery. Earliest delivery time is 8AM. Latest pick-up time is 11PM. If you require a later pick-up time or next day pick-up, an additional fee will apply.

what if i want to wrap our selfie booth?

The GifyPop Selfie Booth is the perfect brand ambassador. We can apply your custom graphics with a partial or full vinyl wrap. Prices vary. We can also brand the welcome screen and backdrop for an immersive theme or brand experience.

Do you require a security deposit?

Overnight or multi-day rentals will require a $750 (refundable) security deposit, invoiced separately prior to your event.
