Over two thousand guests were ready for an evening of high-flying fun when they entered the gorgeous Convention Hall at Orlando’s Marriott World Center. What greeted them was a full complement of photo booth experiences, creatively designed to fit Heartland Dental’s theme of “Elevate: Rising to New Heights”. A 360 booth showcased their dance moves, a Pro-Studio booth snapped red-carpet worthy portraits, and roaming photo booths captured candid moments as friends and colleagues celebrated a landmark year. But one experience soared above the rest: An AI Background Replacement experience that transported attendees into their own hot air balloon ride over stunning vistas through cutting edge AI digital background replacement (green screen) technology.
Heartland Dental’s annual Conference brings a national community of industry leaders together for education, celebration and connection. The Awards Gala is an opportunity to inspire providers across the country to elevate the future of dental care. Heartland was looking for an engaging way to really capture the theme of rising to new heights! The challenge? Providing multiple experiences for 2000+ guests in such a way that each was unique and yet still tied into the theme!
We knew that the colorful hot air balloon on the conference’s website would be a perfect showcase for AI Background Replacement technology! We also knew that such a large group would require a variety of experiences to the keep lines moving and good times flying. So we put together a package that also included a 360 booth, a portrait studio and roaming photo booths. We used the space wisely, setting up three distinct photo areas, each providing a different experience. Guests lined up for their turn on the 360 Booth, and people gathered around to cheer them on. Couples and groups dressed to impress took portraits in front of of a silver backdrop worthy of a Hollywood premiere. But the heart of the experience was the AI Booth! We loved guests’ surprise and delight when they saw their finished photo and the blank backdrop had been transformed into a brightly colored hot-air balloon that whisked them up into the sky! Talk about elevation!
The entire night was a testament to the power of collaboration. Our creatives worked with Heartland on a custom package tailored to their needs, and our event staff worked together to provide a seamless evening of entertainment with multiple experiences and minimal wait time. The result? Nearly everyone came to each booth, and they all walked away with three distinct digital keepsakes: Custom photos/videos delivered in seconds via text and instantly sharable to all social platforms.
