We recommend a clear space of at least 10 ft x 10 ft, with 8 ft of height clearance. This gives enough room for the platform, spinning arm, lighting, and a small area for guests to step on and off safely.

Yes! We can set up both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor events, we require a flat, level surface and ideally a tent or covered area to protect equipment from weather.

Depending on the size of the platform, we typically allow 1–4 people at a time. It's the perfect setup for solo moments, couple shots, or small group fun!

Guests get instant access to their videos via text message, QR code, or email. The videos are ready to share on social media right away!

Absolutely! We bring professional LED lighting to make sure every video looks polished, bright, and social-media-ready, no matter the venue lighting.

We typically need about 45–60 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown. We’ll arrive early to make sure everything is perfect before your event starts.

Yes! We offer custom overlays where you can add your event name, logo, hashtag, or any graphic to every video for a personalized touch.

Definitely. Our professional attendant will stay onsite to operate the booth, assist guests, and make sure everything runs smoothly the entire time.

For events less than 4 hours, our 360 booth runs completely independent on battery power. For all day events, we require access to one standard 110V outlet within 25 feet of the setup area. If you’re hosting an outdoor event without power, we can provide battery power for an additional fee.
