When the best and brightest in the Orlando events industry get together, you know there’s going to be great conversation, great connections—and plenty of fun. SugarPop Productions was thrilled to sponsor the Orlando chapter of ILEA’s annual DMC Panel at Dick’s Last Resort at Pointe Orlando, bringing a little vintage beach-town nostalgia to an evening designed for networking, learning, and celebrating Orlando’s incredible event community.

The panel brought together some of the area’s leading Destination Management Company professionals for an engaging evening of insights, stories, and industry conversation. With so many talented event professionals in one place, it was also the perfect opportunity to reconnect with old friends, make new connections, and, of course, capture a few memories.
For the event, SugarPop leaned into the vintage beach-shack personality of Dick’s Last Resort with a classic enclosed sit-in photo booth and printed photo strips—the kind of booth you might have found tucked along a boardwalk in an American beach town decades ago. But this wasn’t just any vintage booth.
To complete the look, we partnered with our friends at NovoWorks to create a completely custom wrap. The distressed finish and slightly faded colors gave the booth the appearance of a well-loved summer fixture that had been soaking up sunshine, salt air, and memories along the Jersey Shore, Florida coast, or any classic American boardwalk for years! And just for fun, we added one more special touch: a personalized ILEA license plate to the classic car featured on the wrap. It was a small detail that made the experience feel uniquely created for the Orlando ILEA community.

Of course, no great event should end when the panel does! To close out the evening, SugarPop provided a roaming photo booth exclusively for ILEA’s VIP members at the after-party. Our roaming booth team kept the energy going, mingling with guests and capturing candid moments throughout the celebration.

From a vintage-inspired enclosed booth to a roaming experience for VIPs, the evening was a perfect example of what SugarPop loves to do: take an event’s personality, turn it into an interactive experience, and give guests something fun to remember long after the last photo is printed.
