But the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Central Florida Trade Show proved that there’s always room for a little fun and nostalgia, too! SugarPop Productions was thrilled to provide an immersive AI Digital Background Replacement Photo Booth experience that transported attendees into the worlds of three beloved classic games.

CAI, an organization representing homeowners, condominiums, and community associations around the globe, serves more than 45,000 members through over 60 chapters worldwide. Their Central Florida Trade Show brought together community association professionals for a day of learning, collaboration, and relationship building—and our photo booth added a playful twist to the experience. Literally! The event theme celebrated the timeless appeal of vintage games, so our creative team designed three custom AI-powered digital environments inspired by iconic favorites: Pac-Man, Clue, and Monopoly.
Guests looking for a mystery stepped into our eerie Clue theme, where a dimly lit mansion became the scene of the crime. Those wanting to revisit their 80s arcade adventures raced into our colorful Pac-Man scene, where bright neon mazes and those unmistakable ghosts chased them through the digital landscape, no quarter required. Of course, no nostalgic game collection would be complete without the squares, railroads and colorful paper cash of Monopoly. And even though the guests didn’t get to collect $200, we like to think the photos were worth even more!
Our Generative AI technology made each transformation seamless, placing guests directly into these imaginative environments without the need for elaborate physical sets. The result was an interactive experience that encouraged attendees to come back multiple times to get a picture with each iconic game! At conventions and trade shows, the best activations don’t just entertain—they create connections.
